How to have multiple line item tables in a quote

Use-Case: The prospect wanted to have two tables with line items on their quotes. The tables should have listed line items coming from two different categories (called Hosting and Hosted Desktop in this case). This also came up with two more prospects (in different regions). The name of the sections was different, but they all wanted to have two tables in the quote
