Do we have a hard email limit for marketing emails?

There is a 8k limit for marketing emails for 500k contacts with marketing ENT

I asked if there was a way to increase it for some customers. The PM Jackie Brenna got back with the following context.

'(theoretically) Pro and Ent customers have a ‘soft limit’ - which means they will be allowed to send over their calculated limit but will receive a bill at the end of the month for their over-sends! I say ‘theoretically’ because we actually stopped charging for over-sends as a part of the Covid Relief Program and never reinstated that logic. So as of today, they can send as many emails as they want and will not be charged for it.
That said, we are actively working on reinstating this billing process. Long term, customers will be held accountable for paying for any sends over their limit as advertised in our product catalog.' This is good to know, but in future customers will need to pay for going over the limit or purchase dedicated IP address but need to ensure they are a good fit by following the wiki guidelines
